Make Your Index Template Different Than Your Other Pages

This article describes how to create a unique looking index page (also known as a home page) with WhyPark. Click here to see the first half.

As you can see, the "summary" of the article is not show on this page. This text was typed into the Body Content box. An important lesson with WhyPark is that just because something is labeled one way doesn't mean it has to be used that way. By creating a long "summary" complete with html, and then writing a different article "body", you can create the effect of two different pages.



A handy bit of Javascript: onload As my fellow WPer's know, you can't edit the body tag of your WhyPark site. Many novice javascripters will think this means its impossible to do anything with javascript that requires the page to be fully loaded before the code is excuted. Fortunately, they're wrong.
